CREMATION
(Filing for a death certificate and cremation can take 5 business days to complete.)

This plan includes our basic services and overhead, transfer of remains from place of death, refrigeration, the cremation process, and placement of online obituary.
*Cremation with Memorial (Casket not present, no viewing) $1,095.00
This plan includes our basic services and overhead, transfer of remains from place of death, refrigeration, equipment and staff for memorial, support vehicle, the cremation process, and placement of online obituary. (Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
*Cremation with Memorial (Casket present and viewing; Oak rental casket included) $2,710
This plan includes our basic services and overhead, transfer of remains from place of death, embalming and sanitary care and other preparation of the remains, and visitation prior to memorial, equipment and staff for memorial, service vehicle and support vehicle, the cremation process, and placement of online obituary (Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
BURIAL

(Immediate Burial only, no ceremony; minimum plywood container included)
This plan includes our basic services and overhead, transfer of remains from place of death, refrigeration, transportation to local cemetery, and placement of online obituary.
*Burial Graveside (Casket present, no viewing) $1,995.00
This plan includes our basic services and overhead, transfer of remains from place of death, refrigeration, equipment and staff for graveside burial, service vehicle transportation to local cemetery, and placement of online obituary. Casket, outer burial container, and cemetery charges not included. (Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
*Burial with Memorial (Casket present and viewing) $2,795.00
This plan includes our basic services and overhead, transfer of remains from place of death, embalming and sanitary care and other preparation of the remains, visitation one hour prior to the memorial, equipment and staff for memorial, service vehicle and support vehicle, and placement of online obituary. *Obit Processing Fee: (This includes the writing and timely filing of the obituary. The actual cost of the obituary is determined by the newspaper you choose to have it printed in.): $75.00
*Internet Site: (The Book of Memories is an on-line interactive site which can hold photos, condolences and stories about your loved one. This site comes with the guarantee that it will never be taken down and provides a way for all that knew your loved one to come together and remeber your loved one.) : $400.00
*Memorial DVD (up to 50 Photos with captions): $300.00
*Expedited Cremation Fee (Less than 5 Business Days): $150.00

Being present during the initial starting of the cremation

*Transportation requiring 2-staff people: $100.00
*Transportation outside 25 mile radius: $3.50/loaded mile
